ESOP Workshop at Biz Days 2007
Between November 19-23, 2007, at the World Trade Center Bucharest, the 6th edition of Biz Days will take place. Continuing the partnership initiated 5 years ago, ESOP Consulting holds a seminar on “New apartments – between a condominium and individual blocks,” aiming to identify the advantages and disadvantages of these two products that currently dominate the residential market.
Therefore, ESOP aims to highlight the main trends in the new housing segment and have positive consequences on urban revitalization, naturally leading to improved quality of life. Dynamic field, which increasingly arouses the interest of investors, real estate will be the center of attention on the 3rd day of the event.
The analysis made by ESOP will provoke the audience to an exciting debate aimed at sustainable development, resizing cities, and restoring social ties. The new residential products will offer more diversity and will mark a new stage in urban evolution.
Biz Days is the largest business trade show in Romania. It brings together over 5,000 participants and professionals from the most important economic sectors, such as finance – banking, trade, distribution, production, IT & C, construction, real estate, media, advertising.
The event creates a perfect mix of conferences, workshops, presentations, one2one meetings, and networking, facilitating the establishment of business partnerships at the regional level. We met at the World Trade Center on November 21 (Beijing Hall, 11.30 – 13.00) to determine the preferences of Romanian consumers in terms of residential concepts and how different their perception of the main currents of opinion manifested in foreign markets.
