ESOP announces the relocation of ASSYSTEM Romania

ASSYSTEM ROMANIA has a new office space starting with December 2003, announces ESOP, the agency that mediated the transaction. ASSYSTEM ROMANIA is a design company in the automotive and aeronautical field, having as main achievements so far the participation – together with the French group Assystem, the parent company – in the realization of some projects in the aeronautical industry.

The new office is located in an office building between Unirii Square and Muncii Square, near the “La Mama” restaurant in Calea Calarasi. The building consists of Gf + 5 floors and has 200 sqm/level, says Irina Petrescu, director of the office department within ESOP. ASSYSTEM chose story 1, where the space is open, with a single compartment for the manager’s office, own bathroom, a small office.

The building has all the office facilities: air conditioning, telephone lines, carpeting, parking spaces in the courtyard of the building, cable internet, elevator, security. An additional advantage is that the owner can make, at his own expense, accessible partitions with gypsum and PC network. Although the building is not street, the area is quiet, the spaces are bright, the environment is pleasant, and the construction is of good quality and has a good quality/price ratio. Most of the spaces are rented, but there are still available spaces between 100-200 sqm, which is ideal for SMEs, especially for design, IT, software companies, according to Irina Petrescu from ESOP.
