Armeneasca Business Center Building, Bucharest

Two ESOP Consulting transactions close a new office building, put into use this year.

ESOP Consulting leased the last two spaces in the Armeneasca BC building to two companies operating in financial services: Financial Access and Grant Thornton Tax, 376 sqm.

The Armeneasca BC building was put into use at the end of the second quarter of this year. It can be classified as a successful office project, even in times of crisis.

“Tenants appreciate the medium-sized office buildings (3,500-5,000 sq m) built in recent years in the ultra-central area of Bucharest for the easy access they offer to all the cardinal points of the Capital, for the quality of facilities and finishes,” says Alexandru Petrescu, manager of the real estate company ESOP Consulting, through which the transactions were made.

Description of the Armeneasca BC office building:

Armeneasca BC was inaugurated six months ago and had a total leasable area of 3,385 sqm.

Among its advantages is the location – the fact that it is located in the central area, but also the finishes and parking spaces sufficient for its size.

Thus, the new construction has a modern design. It has a glass curtain, open windows, suspended ceiling with recessed lighting fixtures, raised floor, carpet, two elevators, 24-hour security, CCTV, voice data system, BMS, sprinklers, fresh air supply, and central heating.
