Apal Informatique Relocation

Apal Informatique relocation to a business center

Starting with September, APAL Informatique, a Romanian-French company operating in the field of software production, has a new headquarters, announces ESOP, the company that mediated the relocation. The office space targeted by Apal Informatique had to meet some essential criteria, first of all, to benefit from all the necessary facilities for office space, to have a central location, good connections to the means of transport, as well as open space.

“The best solution turned out to be Mosilor Business Center, more precisely a 240 sq m space, with enough natural light and flexible from the partitioners’ point of view”, states Bogdan Gont, Office Broker within ESOP.

Mosilor Business Center is an office building that offers excellent functionality and flexibility in terms of partitions and interior finishes. Located near the center of the Capital, the business center is arranged on B + GF + 6 floors, which allows companies to rent smaller areas (200-300 sqm).

The building has Ac, thermal power plant of the building, voice-data network with 35 stations per floor, the option for a wireless network, fiber optics, fire-fighting system, security and reception, video surveillance of the building. “The growing demand for space in the middle segment of the market (200-300 sqm) makes renovated buildings located in good areas and with a good quality-price ratio to be the ideal option for developing companies” adds Bogdan Gont.
