The first stage of the AFI Tech Park office project, developer: AFI Europe Romania, will be put into use next year. The construction works will start this autumn.
AFI Tech Park will have a total leasable area of 50,000 sqm of class A office space, intended primarily for companies that hire young people, due to its central positioning, near the Marriot Hotel and the Casa Poporului, as well as near The Ark. In this cultural hub, they have numerous exhibitions and events and the Old Center.
AFI Tech Park will also have numerous restaurants, a fitness room, its cafes, a bicycle parking area, and will provide quick access to two retail centers in its immediate vicinity: Vulcan Center and Liberty Mall.
