Panduri Medical Center opens a new polyclinic in the Arc de Triomphe area

Panduri Medical Center fully rented a 500 sq m office building in the Arc de Triomphe area, through the company ESOP Consulting. Besides the Panduri Medical Center, since the beginning of the year, ESOP Consulting has found offices for five more medical operators: Ortoprofil Prod Romania, Elpida Medical, Euromedica Inc, Dentfix Pro and MIP Pharma Romania, spaces with surfaces between 75 sqm and 420 mp.

Through this new working point, we want to offer a full range of clinical services such as Internal Medicine, Rheumatology, Surgery, Dermatology, Ophthalmology, ENT, Diabetes, Family Medicine, Urology, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Obstetrics-Gynecology, medical tests, and one-day hospitalization. Operating under the motto ADD YEARS OF LIFE, ADD HEALTH OF YEARS, the center will be equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, purchased from prestigious companies in the medical field, to raise medical services to the highest standards. At the same time, through location and facilities, we want to offer customers a warm and welcoming atmosphere “, says Maria Pop, General Manager of Panduri Medical Center.

The building in the Arc de Triomphe area, where the new office of the Panduri Medical Center will operate, is arranged on six levels, has modern finishes, and is already equipped with facilities specific to the medical field. Thus, on the outside, it has a glass curtain, fixed windows, but also windows that open, elevator, the optimal height of 2.7 meters to the ceiling, 24-hour security, CCTV, voice data outlets, hydrants, Chilled Beam Cooling, units split, alarm and UPC for operating rooms, restaurant and cafe in the area.

This year was marked by a higher number of transactions in which tenants work in medical services and the distribution of medical products. ESOP Consulting brokered six such deals: Panduri Medical Center, Ortoprofil Prod Romania, Elpida Medical, Euromedica Inc, and Tremend.

Panduri Medical Center has chosen a prestigious area, that of the Arc de Triomphe, which is very close to Victoriei Square and has access to all types of means of transport. Ortoprofil chose the Foisorul de Foc area, MIP Pharma Romania in Cotroceni, and Dentfix Pro in Barbu Vacarescu. Elpida opted for the Aviation area and Euromedica for the Unirii area.
