Cloud Research Studio SRL (CRS) moves to the Stefan cel Mare area, through ESOP
The IT&C Cloud Research Studio SRL company fully leased an office building, with an area of 1,300 sq m. In Bucharest, in the center-north area, the transaction was mediated by ESOP Consulting.
In the first nine months of 2013, the IT&C sector included the majority of clients who rented office space. Thus, 58 IT&C companies signed rental contracts in the first three quarters, totaling a total area of 55,354 sqm at the level of the entire country. Regarding the targeted localities, the IT&C companies were oriented towards Bucharest (88%) and the rest towards cities such as Iasi, Timisoara, Cluj Napoca, and Sibiu.
“The IT&C field remains the most dynamic sector of the economy because together with the Romanian and multinational companies present on the developing market, new companies choose Romania as the destination country to invest in IT&C. The strong points for attracting investments in IT&C are human resources, the fact that we have young people talented in programming, who have unique professional skills, and the fact that our country is second in the world in terms of speed of Internet browsing. The expansion of these companies determines the need for new offices, approximately 30% of the transactions made in 2013 being generated by the demand from such companies “, says Alexandru Petrescu, Managing Partner at ESOP Consulting / Corfac International.
The office building where the Cloud Research Studio company moves is located near the Stefan cel Mare metro station, behind the boulevard of the same name, in a quiet area and is arranged on the basement, ground floor, and four floors. As facilities, the building, former headquarters of a major bank, has the most modern IT & C infrastructure. This is one of the determining reasons for renting this space in record time.
