The villa rented by Benefit Seven will serve as office space for the company’s staff and is located in a premium area, near the Cotroceni Palace. The transaction, mediated by ESOP, consists of the full rental of the villa, which has a built area of ​​740 sqm. The heritage building, built in neo-Romanian style, was recently renovated and is a landmark of elegance in the area.

  • The imposing villa, in terms of design and finishes, has a total of 13 rooms and six bathrooms, plus a kitchen, all with a cumulative built area of ​​740 square meters, being arranged on the basement, ground floor, first floor, and attic. “In 2015, the activity of our company developed rapidly, reaching a number of 10,000 active subscribers of 7card services, a doubling compared to 2014 and a number of 229 rooms, increasing by 62% compared to 2014, which led to the increase of the number of employees and implicitly the need to expand the office space. We have chosen a typical, renovated building in a top area, which will offer uniqueness to our workspace. The interior space arrangement lasted several months because we wanted to customize the offices according to their destination. In this sense, we purchased design objects, using paintings, lighting fixtures, but also small furniture in vibrant colors “, says Cătălin Ivaşcu, Operations Manager & Co-owner Benefit Seven.
