Work Begins on One Verdi Park

The mixed project One Verdi Park obtained the building permit for two-tower type buildings, one for offices with 17 floors and the other residential with 20 levels, united on the ground floor through a commercial space of 2,200 sqm.

The office tower will have 17 floors and a leasable area of ​​21,000 square meters and is estimated to be put into use in 2021.

The offices will be built to higher standards, class A, following the certification requirements in the international system LEED Platinum and WELL.

The other tower, with 20 floors, will have a residential destination, and 134 apartments will be put up for sale here.

In total, 451 parking spaces and a green area will be arranged, which will occupy over 30% of the land.

The project will be built on Barbu Văcărescu Boulevard, opposite Verdi Park, approximately one kilometer from Promenada Mall, in the center-north area of ​​the Capital.

The mixed-use concept – offices and residential – is also expanding in Bucharest, launching several large projects that have in the same place office spaces as well as apartments for sale or rent, according to monitoring by ESOP Consulting.
