The necessary documents for the filing of the Fiscal Declaration, for the mixed buildings
Until March 31, it is mandatory that each owner who owns a residential building, but in which a registered office of a company is registered, to submit a tax return to the Directorate of taxes and duties to which it belongs – the sector.
Attention, this typed statement can be found at the information desks. Still, it can also be downloaded from the sector tax department website (for each of the six sectors in Bucharest, there is a different header).
To be received at the Registry, the following documents must be attached to the fiscal declaration:
