Rina Group’s New Office Space

The Italian company that bought Simtex rented 1,300 sq m in Cotroceni

The Italian certification company Rina, which last year bought the companies Simtex and ISCIR CERT on the local market, moved its headquarters to the Cotroceni area, through a transaction mediated by ESOP Consulting. The new office space of Rina Group covers an area of 1,300 square meters.

“Acquisitions and takeovers of companies generate the need for relocation. This year, a share of 18-20% of the space demand is represented by the desire to gather under the same roof a parent company and the companies within its group “, said Alexandru Petrescu, manager of the consulting company ESOP Consulting.

In December 2011, Rina Group completed the local certification body’s acquisition, SIMTEX, which is active in the field of certification of management systems and products, having over 15 years of experience in the Romanian market.

Recently, RINA SIMTEX bought the full package of shares held by the Ministry of Economy at ISCIR CERT.
