The NEPI building next to the Government is advancing rapidly. NEPI continues the works on Aviatorilor 8 building; this month, the resistance structure is ready. In the third quarter of this year is scheduled the delivery date of the complex, which promises to be a premium space, depending on the location – in the area of ​​Victoriei Square, near the Government.

Aviatorilor 8 multifunctional complex will have a total area of ​​9,142 sqm, of which 8,400 sqm of office space is provided to host luxury offices of major international brands.

Aviatorilor 8 is a project with a unique design, combining ultramodern lines and materials and history, having in the architectural center an old, interwar historical building, Casa Mihai Oromolu. The project, in which NEPI will invest 37 million euros, will also benefit from an underground car park with 204 spaces.
