SIEN rents the last space from ASTORIA Business Center, in a transaction mediated by ESOP

SIEN is increasing its office space and team: it has rented 848 sq m, through ESOP. The office space leased by SIEN, of 848 sqm, was the last available in Astoria Business Center. The office building, with a total area of ​​6,700 sqm, reaches a 100% occupancy rate, from this month.

Astoria Business Center is a modern business center, located in the Romanian area of ​​Bucharest. It has many facilities, including two elevators, permanent security, CCTV, granite finishes, data-voice sockets, voice-data cabling, generator for systems vital, and air conditioning system.
