New! Reduced Advance by 10% for Those Who Buy a New Apartment Through the First House!

At yesterday’s Government meeting, the Emergency Ordinance was approved, which modifies the regulations of the FIRST HOUSE program, the buyers of new homes having a state guarantee of 50%, while the buyers of homes older than 5 years a lesser guarantee, of only 40%.

How does this change affect buyers? It modifies the advance necessary for the purchase of a house registered in the FIRST HOUSE program. Buyers of old homes will have to bring an advance higher with 10% to qualify for the right conditions for granting preferential loans for people who have not owned a home before.

This legislative change will increase the attraction to new constructions, especially since this year there has already been a trend towards an increase in demand for new housing, to the detriment of old ones.

The new apartments are built to current living standards, being modernly finished and equipped.
