Metroffice – Phase I, Soon to Be Opened

Work is underway on the Metroffice site, and soon the first tenants will move to the first building in phase I of the Class A office space project. The building is working on the interior finishes. 

 

Metroffice is one of the bravest projects in the north-central area of ​​the Capital, as a scale, but also as facilities, and will have direct access to the Pipera metro station. 

 

The first phase of Metroffice envisages the construction of 40,000 sqm of class A office space, welcoming, comfortable, and at high-quality standards, which meet the conditions of green offices. 

 

The building is LEED Gold certified, with extra HVAC comfort, with complete glass facades, to ensure maximum natural light in the workspaces, windows that open, green roof gardens, and an interior square with a generous green area.

 

The Metroffice project envisages the construction of 600 underground parking spaces and direct access from the car park to the lobby area.

 

The interior spaces are flexible. According to the build to suit system, the potential tenants who contract during the construction period can personalize their office spaces and benefit from a negotiable rent.
