Last year, the Skanska group signed sales contracts for real estate, totaling 20% ​​of the total volume of transactions in Central and Eastern Europe. Thus, Skanska sold 11 properties, which were worth about 500 million euros.

In Romania, Skanska is developing the premium Green Court office building

Green Court is a large-scale project with class A office spaces located in the north-central area of ​​the Capital, with a total area of ​​52,000 square meters, which is being developed in stages. Green Court is LEED Gold CS certified, with all the qualities of a green building – low energy consumption and maximum comfort for employees.

The tenants attracted by Skanska in Green Court are Adecco, Sanofi Romania, RINF Outsourcing Solutions, Carrefour, Schneider Electric, and Orange Romania. On the ground floor, the offices are served by the Best Chef restaurant.
