Globalworth starts the construction of Green Court D

Bucharest’s office space market is receiving important news: Globalworth has started construction on Green Court D, the fourth building of the Green Court office campus in the Aurel Vlaicu – Floreasca area, one of the most dynamic business hubs in the city. Construction works are underway, with delivery scheduled for 2027. Excavation works are currently being carried out, and the development timeline indicates an estimated delivery date in 2027. Once completed, the building will strengthen the business community created by Globalworth in the Aurel Vlaicu – Floreasca area, where companies benefit from easy access to the metro, public transport, restaurants, services, and green spaces.
