The Day Tower office project is under construction in the ultra-central area of Unirii, at point 0 of the Capital, and is expected to be put into use in the last quarter of 2017 – the first quarter of 2018.
Day Tower, Day Group developer, will have a total built area of 18,000 sqm, with class A office spaces for rent with flexible areas, between 350 sqm and 11,781 sqm. A typical floor for rent has an area of 1,360 sqm.
The office building will stand out easily in the area, with a height of 36 meters and a slender architecture, with nine floors on the surface and four underground parking levels.
In total, Day Tower has 153 parking spaces for cars (of which 79 underground), but also a bicycle parking lot with 82 spaces, with locker rooms. As facilities, there are also data-voice sockets, voice-data cabling, BMS, hydrants.
The project is being built to meet the conditions of a green building, is expected to meet the standards of the BREEAM Very Good certificate.
