The first phase of the AFI Tech project, in the Marriot central area, Bucharest, was officially put into use. Six companies are moving to the new Class A office spaces, with facilities, on an area of about 4,500 square meters, through ESOP Consulting.
The six tenants who signed pre-lease agreements assisted by our company are World Class Romania, Knauf, Hilti Romania, YTS Dental, Ludan Engineering, and Tangoe Softek International.
The AFI Tech, 1 office building, has a leasable area of 22,000 sqm and a retail area on the ground floor of approximately 2,000 sqm. The employees of the tenant companies and their guests will have at their disposal 220 parking spaces, in this first phase of project development.
AFI Tech is a last generation project, which has, in addition to class A office space, retail and service spaces, which provides employees with a modern lifestyle, comparable to that of large business centers in major Western capitals: sports and health services, landscaped green spaces, restaurants and other services. Among the food operators in the complex are 1 Minute and Best Chef.
Thus, World-Class opens here a health center on a total area of 1,463 sqm, World-Class AFI Tech, where a fitness area has already been arranged, with Technogym equipment, an aerobics studio, a cycling studio and a functional training area with fitness accessories. The center will host over 30 training classes, from yoga to Pilates.
The location of the offices also provides various shopping opportunities, being near the Vulcan Center Value complex, which has a Carrefour hypermarket and over 20 stores, including H&M, B&B, JYSK, Hervis, and C&A.
In the end, the AFI Tech project will have three office buildings, built in three phases, with a total area of 56,000 square meters and 500 parking spaces. The project is pre-certified LEED Platinum and will have an area of approximately 5,000 square meters of green spaces, with a landscape made by a specialized designer, with artesian wells and street furniture.
