Villar Logistics Parks Bucharest West is an industrial park under construction with a total area of 88,000 sqm, including the possibility of expansion. The project envisages the construction of 6 buildings with 69,000 sqm of storage space with a maximum allowed weight per sqm of 5,000 kg, 9,000 sqm on the mezzanine with the capacity to support a weight of 1,000 kg/sqm and 9,400 sqm of offices.
