The Concept
Eli Park Braila is an industrial park under development, on a plot of 110,000sqm. The project will be built in 3 phases. The first phase will have 10,000sqm and will be completed in 2023, in the first part of the year. The second phase has the completion deadline at the beginning of 2024 with an area of 15,000sqm. For the third phase, the construction of an area of 29,000sqm is expected to be completed at the beginning of 2025.

Eli Park Braila is in the southern part of the city, with quick access to the city\'s ring road, the European road E584 and the national road DN21 which offers access to the A2 highway.

The industrial spaces are built to class A standards and are equipped with sprinklers, interior and exterior hydrants, fire detection system, sectional doors and loading ramps.
