All tenants who request ESOP services and are looking for an industrial unit for rent in CTPark Timisoara South benefit from a 0% real estate brokerage commission.

The maintenance fee in open book system is between 0.5 and 0.95 euro / sqm and includes all maintenance and repair services, building insurance and property tax. The utilities metered separately for the rented space are paid separately
