Egea Logistics comprises 11 warehouses completed in February 2022, designed for the storage of food and non-food materials and products, except for flammable, radioactive or polluting ones. The spaces are built according to high technical and safety standards, equipped with a complete fire prevention and extinguishing system, including a water tank for sprinklers and hydrants of 230 cubic meters, outdoor hydrants and a tank for hydrocarbons.
On the ground floor there is a docking area and five storage spaces, each with a maximum usable height of 7m and separate toilets for women and men. The mezzanine is equipped with a canteen, changing rooms for women and men equipped with personalized cabinets for each warehouse, showers and bathrooms. The 1st floor includes six storage spaces with a maximum height of 6m and an allowed load of one thousand kilograms per sqm, also having dedicated bathrooms.

Each space is equipped with an electrical panel and individual consumption metering, a three-phase socket, a fire detection panel, remote controls for the air conditioning system and an office space. The fire detection and alarm system includes smoke detectors, automatic triggers and indoor sirens, all connected to the signal center and the doorman\'s cabin. Each warehouse is equipped with sprinklers, interior hydrants and smoke extraction hatches.

The docking area is equipped with four Hormann hydraulic ramps, equipped with automatic hot and cold air curtains, four three-phase sockets for charging the electric lysis and two Thyssenkrupp freight elevators with a maximum load of one thousand five hundred kilograms each.

The common areas are video monitored, providing safety and permanent control over the activity on the premises.
