All tenants who request ESOP services and are looking for an industrial unit for rent in CTPark Oradea North benefit from a 0% real estate brokerage commission.

The maintenance fee in open book system is between 0.5 and 0.95 euro / sqm and includes all maintenance and repair services, building insurance and property tax. The utilities metered separately for the rented space are paid separately

At the beginning of each calendar year, all expenses for the services included in the maintenance fee are checked and if they were higher than the monthly fee, the difference will be paid and if they were lower then they will be compensated with future payments.
