The concept:
Constanta Business Park is an industrial park that will be developed in the south of Constanta, on an area of almost 100ha and will include storage, commercial, office spaces, hotel.
The first development phase, with an estimated completion date for 2020, will include two warehouses with a total area of 20,400sqm and will be followed by the construction of two other warehouses with an area of 52,500sqm.

Location and accessibility:
The industrial park is located in the south of Constanta and has access to the A4 highway, A2 highway, DN39 and Constanta Port. Constanta Business Park benefits from access to 3 pan-European corridors: corridor IV (Western and Eastern Europe), corridor VII (Danube) and corridor IX (Northern and Southern Europe).
