Location:
The Light is located in the new Politehnica-Grozavesti-Orhideea office hub, in the immediate vicinity of the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, a five-minute walk from the Politehnica metro station.
At a few minutes walking distance are the Cotroceni Mall, the Botanical Garden, restaurants, football and tennis courts.
The area is in an accelerated development, within a radius of 1 km being completed or being under construction around 10,000 apartments in new residential condominiums.
