The concept:
The Campus 6 office space project envisages the construction of a total area of 81,550 sqm, in 11-storey tower office buildings, in four stages of construction, with deliveries between 2018 and 2022.
Campus 6.1 was completed in 2018, has 22,200sqm and 274 allocated parking spaces
Campus 6.2, completed at the beginning of 2021, has an area of 20,600sqm and 240 parking spaces
Campus 6.3, completed in Q3 2020 has 16,900sqm and 231 parking spaces
Campus 6.4, with the estimated completion in Q4 2024 will have 21,300sqm and 256 parking spaces
Location:
Campus 6 is located at the intersection of Iuliu Maniu Boulevard with Vasile Milea Boulevard, in the immediate vicinity of the Polytechnic University of Bucharest and very close to the AFI Cotroceni shopping center and the Cotroceni Palace.
