The concept:
AFI Tech is a project with office and commercial spaces, which will consist of 3 buildings with a total leasable area of 56,000 sqm GLA and 500 parking spaces.
The first building, AFI Tech Park 1, completed in 2018, has a usable area of 22,000sqm and is structured on 2BS + GF + 8F.
AFI Tech Park 2 will have a 24,500sqm leasable area, 2BS + GF + 8F and the construction was completed in 2022.
The AFI Tech Park 3 building will have 2BS + GF + 14F totaling 12,000sqm.

Location:
AFI Tech Park benefits from the proximity of the J.W. Marriott hotel, Unirii Square, the Old Town and the Parliament building.
Access by car can be made on 2 main roads, Progresului Boulevard and Tudor Vladimirescu Boulevard, each with 4 road lanes, which ensures the fluidity of traffic.
At the entrance of the project there are 5 tram lines. The Shuttle Bus service makes transport even easier, ensuring the transfer to the nearest metro stations, and the Academia Militara metro station will allow a direct connection with the project.

Specifications:
The AFI Tech Park project is pre-certified LEED Platinum and will have an area of approximately 5,000 square meters of green spaces.
The standard design for electricity and HVAC is provided for a floor layout of 1 workstation at 8 sqm.
